Chief Medical Superintendent (C.M.S)
The Dean of the Medical College also officiates as the head of the hospital in the capacity of Chief Medical Superintendent. The Dean’s Office is located on the II floor, in the heart of the hospital.

Medical Superintendent Office
Located on the first floor: F block.
It has an M.S office, A.M.S. Office, Central medical record section which has LAN computerized connectivity to the central registration, OPD & IPD registration as well as to Statistical Department.

Nursing Superintendent Office (F-block Ground floor hospital)
Nursing care is monitored by the Matron, Nursing Superintendent and a fleet of Assistant Nursing superintendents.

Hospital OPD working hours
8.00 a.m. to 4.00 p.m. The lunch break does not disrupt the continuity of the services provided by the hospital.
