An alumnus of LLRM Medical College, Meerut passed MBBS in 1992 & MD Community Medicine in 1996. Specialized in public Health.

Dr. Pawan has held various administration & academic posts in various committees of SVSU. He is over all Incharge of all Subharti Rural & Urban Health centres running in remote areas.

He has a strong academic Career which reflects in his publication. He has publication more than 55 research articles supervised research work as guide/Co-guide in more than 12 thesis project & of MD students. He is a life member of IAPSM, IPHA, IMA Meerut branch.
