About Us

The Central Research Station (CRS) is a multi and intra-disciplinary research facility working as an independent department of Netaji Subhash Chandra Bose Medical College, Swami Vivekanand Subharti University, Meerut. CRS was established in the year 2002 and named ‘Prof. Roshanlal Post Graduate Studies Research Centre’. Universally, it is known as Central Research Station. The main focus of the CRS is to conduct research, training and provide research facilities and guidance to MD, MS, MDS, M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. students of the Subharti Medical College and others institutes, colleges of Subharti University. CRS also provides the services to the university hospital for various clinical tests. The department is well equipped with the advanced facilities for molecular and cell Biology, molecular genetics, biochemistry, immunodiagnostics, and molecular microbiology research. The CRS has organized several seminars, CME, and workshops. CRS has also started the P.G. Diploma, M.Sc., Ph.D. and certificate courses in various subjects. Currently, there is 17 teaching and non-teaching staff affiliated to the CRS. Presently the CRS is headed by Dr. Kritanjali Singh.
